How the Science of Selling Metastasized to Overwrite Human Reality
Am I overstating the case?
Make no mistake, selling and marketing techniques are the true drivers behind all effective public opinion manipulation, i.e. propaganda. But so long as you see them as two distinct phenomena, they win.
In this short video, I explain how the selling arts combined with the new technologies of the Penny Press and the railroad to create a nightmarish power to sell virtually anything to entire populations. This is the true infiltration of “propaganda” into a free society at the turn of the 20th century.
This been disguised so well, that most will designate some point in the 21st century as the moment that propaganda started infiltrating the West. Sure lies were told and conspiracies advanced but for the most part the western press was considered “Free.”
My research demonstrates that conclusion to be entirely faulty. Note to readers: the alt media parrots will not be sharing this with you because the entire mythos of the 20th century ultimately gets called into question.
So great is this power that reality itself becomes the commodity being sold.
So what is this selling and marketing, really? At its core, it's about capturing the pillars of the infrastructure of belief — manufacturing authority, staging visual proof, making an idea seem like everyone already believes it, seeding it into the culture until it feels true before anyone's had the chance to question it, and framing the argument and the enemy before the audience even knows there's a fight.
The technologies to accomplish this were readily available in the 1800’s and the “powers” were well positioned to use them to their advantage.
