Nature gave you shortcuts because it knew you couldn't reason out every decision.
It never planned on someone learning to hack them.
Hacking the belief system of local culture was the greatest achievement of the 19th century. As many of you who have read One Idea to Rule Them All already know, the infrastructure of belief is what makes local culture conservative AND highly resistant to any type of change or outside force.
But outside influences started to proliferate in the late 1800’s mimicking our innate “Trusts” built over centuries. These forces poured in from the top-down and overtime eroded local culture, battering it day-after-day relentlessly through the new media influences.
What is left of local culture? Next to nothing that bears any resemblance to the strength it exhibited over one hundred years ago.
This is the exact reason why our ability to withstand so called “propaganda” is at an all time low. The top-down influences are now ubiquitous from the time we can hold a phone to our deaths.
Because these top-down influences have been engineered to control us and are owned by those whose financial incentives depend on their doing so; there is no reasonable likelihood of that changing any time soon.
Your families will only be protected if you shield them from these forces, teach them how they came into being, and how they can be deconstructed.
